22 March 2010: Poached Pears w\ Riesling Honey and Lavender Ice Cream

The syrup is AWESOME…it’s like the flavor of an entire glass of wine in a tablespoon!

Pear poached in Riesling with Vanilla.

Pear removed, Liquid Removed, reduced to syrup consistency.

Add Olive Oil, Pink Himalayan Salt.

Snoqualmie French Lavender Ice Cream

Drizzle My nizzle.
