Salmon Mi-Cut

with buttermilk Mashed Purple Potatoes and Chipotle Corn Jelle.

 

Salmon was awesome @ 51.5C for about 25 minutes. Skin was crisped in a frying pan separately.

Mashed potatoes were pretty straight forward.

 

             

 

 

The corn Jelle was horrible. Don’t try to reproduce it…
